Saunagus

Saunagus is aromatherapy
at 90 degrees.

Steam, pure essential oils and a guided ritual. The gusmester chooses the scents, builds the heat in waves and lets the music complete the mood. All you have to do is breathe.

How it works

A ritual in three rounds.

A session lasts 60 minutes and consists of three cycles: about 12 minutes of gus followed by a break of about 8 minutes with fresh air and cold recovery. You set the intensity yourself: sit on the lower bench for milder heat or the top bench for more direct heat.

01approx. 12 min

The heat

The gusmester pours water with essential oils over the stones and distributes the steam with towel work or a fan. The heat arrives in waves with scent, music and presence.

021 to 3 min

The cold

The cold plunge or the cold outdoor shower. Short, cold and releasing. The body resets and the senses sharpen.

03approx. 8 min

The calm

About 8 minutes in the lounge or on the terrace with water, salty snacks and electrolytes. Settle before the next round or finish calmly after round three.

Repeat the ritual three times and notice how each round lands deeper.

Benefits

Good for the body.
Better for the mind.

Saunagus combines the deep relaxation of heat with the clear energy of cold. You feel the effect straight away, and it grows stronger when the ritual becomes a habit.

Reduces stress

The heat and the guided breathing lower the body's alert state and help the nervous system settle.

Improves circulation

Alternating between heat and cold trains your blood vessels and leaves a pleasant, warm calm in the body afterwards.

Supports the immune system

Regular sauna and cold water can form part of a routine that supports normal body function.

Helps the body cleanse

Sweating opens the pores and helps the body clear waste products. Your skin will thank you.

Gives you new energy

The cold plunge releases endorphins and noradrenaline. You leave lighter than you arrived.

Themes

Choose your gus by your own pace.

Relax

Deep calm. Soft scents such as lavender and cedarwood, slow towel movements and music that helps you drop all the way down. A gentle first gus, and ideal for the days when everything just needs to be quiet.

Flow

Rhythm and movement. Heat, music and tempo melt together in a session that both calms you and puts drive in the body. The golden middle ground.

Energy

Full glow. Upbeat music, high intensity and plenty of heat. For anyone who wants to sweat, laugh and leave with a boost to both body and mood.
